A thin sliced chicken sandwich on a ciabatta roll with fresh tomato, vidalia onion and lettuce. Oh yeah...and a little mayo and pepper jack cheese.

i had spiced and deep fried deboned pork chops cut into strips and skillet fried in canola oil, potato wedges baked in the oven, canned corn and 2 choc chip cookies for desert washed down with a couple of frosty cold brewskies



oh and everything but the canned corn and the brews were from scratch although the beer i had with supper was a micro brew i make myself in small batches so it probly counts as from scratch too
