What was the name of this old online browser-based game.?

Ok, I'm trying to remember the name of an old online game. Basically you could build on a map, you started with a hot dog cart, and a burger stand. By earning money you could build bigger things, you could also sabotage other players on the same map.



I know you started with enough money for a hot dog stand or 2, or 1 burger shop. After a few rounds you could build a (i think) parking lot, and eventually a research station or something similar. You could also team up with other players, exchange funds.



It was kind of turn based and anyone could play online. I think every hour you go so much money, and if you could avoid dying for a couple of days you could build a nuke, or missile to totally destroy someone else's buildings.



Does anybody remember what it was called and if it's still around and playable?What was the name of this old online browser-based game.?
