Is it a god option of opening a coffee shop in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.?

the coffee shop im planing to set up will be be along the lines with coffee day / barista / coffee world / mocha or one of the coffee hang out places which would be serving pizzas, burgers, sandwiches some pastries along with some cold n hot beveragesIs it a god option of opening a coffee shop in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.?
Whether it's a good option or not, only you can determine by knowing the location (centrality, accessibility, desirability. attraction, uniqueness), who and what types of customers you'll get (foot-traffic, office goers, college youth...etc.) What you can provide is a meeting spot or an Internet hotspot... add nice ambiance, free wireless Internet with coffee/food purchase --- your coffee shop business should thrive, especially in a good locality in B'lore -- lots of savvy types (savvy = money) will come by - stay open a little late with cool music to attract a different group....just some ideas. Say NO to burgers, beef and meat, though. Can be a classy, cool coffee shop without that crap.
