Well, thirty minutes is only a mile and a half walk and you would burn off some of the extra calories that come with the greasy KFC meal. I think cooking the food is enough and delivering would make it too much of a hassle.
I think they should deliver it, but free of charge? In the US the only things you can get to deliver are pizza joints and chinese places, and you have to pay a delivery charge/tip. I would gladly tip five bucks to save a trip to KFC.
